摘 要:以葡萄糖为改性剂,与甲醛、尿素、三聚氰胺共缩聚合成了GMUF树脂胶黏剂,探讨了葡萄糖添加量及时间对胶合板胶合强度和甲醛释放量的影响。GMUF树脂胶合板属木质复合材料,在弹性变形范围内遵循胡克定律。通过胶合强度测试分析了力学性能。与三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(MUF)相比,GMUF-1(1.67 wt%葡萄糖)的湿状胶合强度变化不大,为2.00 MPa,甲醛释放量降低了37.70%,为0.190 mg/L(干燥器法),达到了E_(0)级标准;此外,在0.7 MPa应力条件下,GMUF-1应变最小(3.16%),提高了对于外界环境的抵抗性。In this study,glucose was used as a modifier and copolymerized with formaldehyde,urea,and melamine to synthesize a glucose-melamine-urea-formaldehyde(GMUF)resin adhesive.The effects of the amount and timing of glucose addition on the bonding strength and formaldehyde emission of the adhesive products were studied.GMUF resin plywood products is a wood composite material and followed Hooke's Law within the elastic deformation range.This paper attempted to analyze the relevant mechanical properties using the fixture strength test.Compared with melamine-urea-formaldehyde(MUF)resin,the wet bonding strength(2.00 MPa)of GMUF-1(1.67 wt%glucose)resin was little changed.The formaldehyde emission of GMUF-1 was reduced by 37.70%(0.190 mg/L),which could meet the E_(0) grade standard.Additionally,under a stress condition of 0.7 MPa,the strain of GMUF-1 resin products was minimized at 3.16%,enhancing resistance to external environmental factors.
