摘 要:桐油酸甘油酯与多元醇在碱的催化下进行酯交换反应得到桐油基多元醇。在碱性环境下,对桐油基多元醇进行开环和闭环两步环氧化,合成得到环氧树脂。利用响应面Box-Behnken试验设计方法,研究不同NaOH添加量、反应时间、反应温度对桐油基环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明:优化合成条件为:NaOH添加量为双酚A质量的0.42,反应温度为79℃,反应时间为7.3 h,此时桐油基环氧树脂的胶合强度为0.79 MPa。In this study,tung oil-based polyols were obtained by transesterification of tung oil glycerol ester and polyols under the catalysis of alkali.Epoxy resin was synthesized by ring-opening and closed-loop two-step epoxidation of tung oil-based polyols in alkaline environment.The effects of different NaOH additions,reaction time,and reaction temperature on the properties of tung oil-based epoxy resin were studied by response surface Box-Behnken experimental design method.The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:the addition amount of NaOH was 0.42 of the mass of bisphenol A,the reaction temperature was 79℃,and the reaction time was 7.3 h.At this time,the bonding strength of tung oil-based epoxy resin was 0.79 MPa.
