摘  要:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为主要单体,辅以功能单体乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯(AAEM)和新癸酸乙烯酯(VeoVa10),制备乙烯基聚合物乳液(简称PV乳液)。向其中添加明胶,制备乙烯基聚合物-明胶复合型自交联功能的水性木材胶黏剂(简称PV-G乳胶)。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和热分析等佐证了乙烯基聚合物与明胶分子间的交联作用。结果表明:制备PV乳液的单体投料质量分数为MA 15.2%、BA 22.8%、VAc 38.0%、AAEM 4.0%和VeoVa1020.0%,明胶与乙烯基聚合物复配的较佳质量分数为25%。该PV-G乳胶不仅粘结强度高,而且耐水性良好,可以完全满足GB/T 9846—2015标准中Ⅱ类胶合板的使用要求。MA,BA and VAc were used as the main raw materials,AAEM and VeoVa10 were used as the functional monomers,the vinyl polymer emulsion(PV emulsion)was prepared by semi-continuous seed lotion polymerization,and gelatin was added to the above mentioned vinyl polymer emulsion to form a vinyl polymergelatin composite water-borne wood adhesive(PV-G latex)with self crosslinking function.The crosslinking effect between vinyl polymers and gelatin molecules was supported by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermal analysis.The results showed that the suitable monomer mass fractions for preparing the PV emulsion were MA 15.2%,BA 22.8%,VAc 38.0%,AAEM 4.0%,and VeoVa1020.0%.The optimal mass fraction for gelatin and vinyl polymer composite is 25%.This composite adhesive not only had high bonding strength,but also had good water resistance,which can fully meet the requirements of ClassⅡplywood in the GB/T 9846—2015 standard.
