摘 要:世界上许多国家存在着不同形式的员工持股计划。员工持股计划在金融市场、企业管理和人力资源管理中发挥着重要作用,因此引起大家的广泛关注。2014年开始,国有企业重启员工持股计划,员工持股计划再度成为国有企业一项重要的人力资源政策。在相关部门详细的政策引导下,国有企业员工持股计划在稳步推行。在此背景下,文章考察了上市国有企业员工持股计划的实施情况、存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。There are different forms of employee stock ownership plans in many countries around the world.Employee stock ownership plans play an important role in financial market,enterprise management,and human resource management,thus attracting widespread attention.Since 2014,China's state-owned enterprises have restarted employee stock ownership plan,which has once again become an important human resources policy for state-owned enterprises.Under the detailed policy guidance of relevant departments,the employee stock ownership plan of state-owned enterprises is steadily being implemented.In this context,this article examines the implementation and existing problems of employee stock ownership plan in listed state-owned enterprises,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
