摘  要:研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,提升研究生的创新能力已成为深入实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略的重要内容。本文分析了医药类研究生创新能力的培养现状,拟带动行业企业、科研院所、高等院校等多元主体协同发力,以学生为中心,构建多元协同阶梯式医药类专业研究生创新能力培养体系,该体系凝练优质教育资源、整合协同育人优势、优化制度评价保障、提升教育内涵建设,形成“四轮驱动”的研究生培养格局,全过程提升研究生的创新能力,实现高层次创新型人才的培养目标。Graduate education plays a crucial role in cultivating high-level talent and fostering innovation and creativity.Enhancing the innovation capabilities of graduate students has become a key component of the national strategies for revitalizing the country through science and education and strengthening the nation through talents.This paper analyzes the current state of innovation capability training for pharmaceutical graduate students and proposes a multi-party collaborative approach involving industry enterprises,research institutions,and universities.Centered on the student experience,this system integrates high-quality educational resources,leverages collaborative education advantages,and optimizes institutional evaluation mechanisms to strengthen the substance of education.The framework forms a“four-wheel-drive”model to holistically enhance the innovation capacity of graduate students throughout their educational journey,ultimately achieving the goal of cultivating high-level,innovative talents.
