摘　　要：在“人类命运共同体”和“一带一路”背景下,以“全球胜任力”为核心的国际化人才培养体系构建已成为未来高等教育发展的重中之重。本文聚焦药学研究生“全球胜任力”培养,针对现有培养模式的不足,从“全球胜任力”的核心要素出发,结合药学研究生培养和我国高等教育特点,基于近年来中南大学的相关探索与实践,从制度保障、价值与情感塑造、国际化氛围营造三个维度,探讨药学研究生“全球胜任力”培养和发展的模式和路径,为实现新时代立德树人根本任务提供新思路。In the context of the“Community of a Shared Future for Mankind”and the“Belt and Road Initiative”,building an international talent training system centered on“global competence”has become a key focus in the future development of higher education.This paper focuses on the cultivation of global competence in pharmacy graduate students and addresses the limitations of existing training models.Based on the core elements of global competence and considering the characteristics of pharmacy graduate training and China's higher education system,this study draws on the related exploration and practices at Central South University in recent years.It proposes a development framework from three dimensions:institutional support,value and emotional shaping,and the creation of an internationalized academic environment.This approach aims to provide new insights into fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue and nurturing talent in the new era.
