摘　　要：生物医药产业是国家重点布局的战略性新兴产业。为顺应浙江省生物医药产业全链式覆盖对高水平多层次卓越人才的需求,浙江理工大学作为生物类专业人才培养的省属重点高校,形成了以理论联系实际为动力、数字仿真结合为支撑、产教平台融合为路径、学生创新能力提升为目标的,具有创新动能足、创新支撑强、创新路径准的服务浙江省生物医药产业高质量发展的高水平多层次人才培养新模式,为地方本科高校同类专业人才培养提供有益的借鉴。The biopharmaceutical industry is a strategic emerging industry prioritized in national development plans.To meet the demand for high-level,multi-tiered,and exceptional talent across the entire biopharmaceutical value chain in Zhejiang Province,Zhejiang Sci-Tech University,as a key provincial institution for biological sciences talent cultivation,has established an innovative training model.This model emphasizes the integration of theory with practice as a driving force,digital simulation as a supporting tool,and the fusion of industry-education platforms as a pathway,with the enhancement of students'innovative capabilities as the primary objective.Characterized by dynamic innovation,robust support mechanisms,and precise implementation strategies,this model aims to support the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry in Zhejiang Province and serves as a valuable reference for talent training in similar disciplines at regional universities.
