摘　　要：课程建设是高校专业人才培养的核心要素,在教育部启动实施一流本科课程“双万计划”的背景下,天津中医药大学积极响应,深化课程改革,打造“金课”,中药化学入选首批国家级线下一流本科课程。本文以中药化学线下一流本科课程的建设与改革为例,介绍了课程建设目标、课程内容、教学设计,以及教学评价等内容,为中药学类专业一流本科课程的建设提供参考,同时为探索具有综合实践和拔尖创新能力的专业人才培养开辟路径。Course construction is a core element in the cultivation of professional talent in higher education.In response to the Ministry of Education's launch of the“Double Ten Thousand Plan”for first-class undergraduate courses,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has actively pursued curriculum reform to create“golden courses”,with Chemistry of Traditional Chinese Medicine selected as one of the first national-level offline first-class undergraduate courses.Using the construction and reform of this course as an example,this paper presents the course objectives,content,teaching design,and evaluation methods.The study provides a reference for the development of first-class undergraduate courses in Chinese medicine and opens new pathways for cultivating professionals with comprehensive practical skills and exceptional innovative capabilities.
