药学文献检索课程促进科研育人前置的思考与实践

摘  要:及早选拔人才,培育科学素养,激励创新研究,是当前药学教育的重要任务和关键目标。药学文献检索作为本科核心课程,是培养学生科研生涯早期阶段的信息素养、科学素质、批判性思维和独立思考能力的重要平台。教学方法改革、新型教学模式引入,可将药学文献检索课程作为一个强有力的工具和平台,促进科研育人前置。本文基于笔者多年的教学实践经验,对这一领域进行了归纳总结,并提出了新的教学理论,以助力推动药学学科的发展和创新,提高我国药学研究水平和竞争力。Early talent identification,the cultivation of scientific literacy,and the encouragement of innovative research are key tasks and objectives in contemporary pharmacy education.As a core undergraduate course,Pharmaceutical Literature Retrieval serves as a critical platform for developing students'information literacy,scientific aptitude,critical thinking,and independent research capabilities during the early stages of their academic careers.By reforming teaching methods and introducing innovative instructional models,the course can function as a powerful tool to advance research-oriented education at earlier stages of learning.Based on extensive teaching practice,this paper summarizes insights in this domain and proposes new pedagogical theories to promote the development and innovation of pharmacy as a discipline and enhance the overall research capacity and competitiveness of pharmacy research in China.
