摘　　要：创新药物研究是多学科交叉的研究领域,具有研发周期长、投入大、风险高的特点。经典药物靶点与药物研发课程通过对经典药物靶点与药物研发案例进行剖析,旨在让学生全面了解药物研发所涉及的学术、技术、管理和研发人员直觉与灵感等诸多因素对创新药物研究的作用和贡献,以期学生在接触药学的初期,形成对药物靶点发现和药物研发过程的整体认识。该课程教学以案例剖析为主,可充分调动学生的兴趣,让学生更好地理解抽象的概念和理论,提升教学效果。Innovative drug research is an interdisciplinary field characterized by long research cycles,high investment,and significant risks.The course classic drug targets and drug development employs case analysis of classic drug targets and drug development examples to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the various factors—academic,technical,managerial,and the intuition and inspiration of research personnel,which contribute to innovative drug research.The goal is to help students develop a holistic understanding of drug target discovery and the drug development process at the early stages of their pharmaceutical studies.By focusing on case-based analysis,this course aims to fully engage students'interest,enhances their comprehension of abstract concepts and theories,and improves the overall teaching effectiveness.
