摘  要:【目的】研究温光调控对马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)内源因子及其产量构成因素的影响。【方法】试验采用随机区组设计,设品种、温度和光照强度3个因素,参试品种为中早熟马铃薯品种“川芋117”和早熟品种“费乌瑞它”,温度为15℃和20℃,光照强度为9000 lx和18000 lx,在马铃薯生长期间及收获后分别测试农艺性状、叶片激素含量、块茎品质和产量,分析上述因素对马铃薯内源因子及产量形成的影响。【结果】不同品种对农艺性状、生理性状及产量性状均有极显著影响;品种与温度互作对冠层覆盖率、叶绿素和产量性状有显著或极显著影响,品种与光照强度互作对ABA含量、单株结薯数和单株结薯产量有显著影响,GA3/ABA比值在块茎形成期呈降低趋势,温度与光照互作显著影响ABA含量、单株结薯产量和收获指数;三因素互作仅对单株结薯产量有显著影响。【结论】探明了温光调控因子对马铃薯农艺性状、内源激素及产量要素形成的单一因子效应及其互作效应,为后续在研究温光调控对马铃薯生产的影响、品种选引及指导生产提供理论依据和技术支撑。【Objective】The effects of temperature and light regulation on endogenous factors and yield components of potato(Solanum tuberosum L.)were studied.【Method】Experimental design used was a random block design,with three factors:cultivars(Chuanyu 117 and Favorita),temperature(15℃and 20℃)and light intensity(9000 lx and 18000 lx).The agronomic traits,hormone in leaf,tuber quality and yield traits were tested during potato growth stage and after harvest to analyze the effects of above factors on endogenous factors and yield formation of potato.【Result】Different varieties had significant effects on agronomic characters,physiological characters and yield characters.The interaction between variety and temperature had significant or extremely significant effects on canopy coverage,chlorophyll content and yield traits,and the interaction between variety and light intensity had significant effects on ABA content,tubers per plant and yield per plant.The GA3/ABA ratio showed a decreasing trend in tuber formation stage,and the interaction between temperature and light intensity significantly affected ABA content,yield per plant and harvest index.The interaction of the three factors had a significant effect on the yield per plant.【Conclusion】This study identified the single factor effect and the interaction of two factors or three factors of temperature and light regulatory factors on the agronomic traits,endogenous hormone and yield traits of potato,providing theoretical basis and technical support for further research on the manipulation of temperature and light on potato production,variety selection and introduction,production guidance in this field.
