摘  要:建立了一种以鱼肉为基质的氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星和恩诺沙星能力验证质控样品的制作方法。鱼肉样品经斩拌打成肉糜、加标、冷冻干燥、磨粉、混匀、真空包装后,依据GB/T 20366—2006检验鱼肉冻干粉中喹诺酮类基质样品的均匀性、稳定性。采用单因子方差统计分析法,结果表明F检验法在95%置信区间内,样品均匀性、短期稳定性和长期稳定性均达到质控样品要求。该样品具有良好的均匀性、稳定性,可作为鱼肉中喹诺酮类药物含量检测使用的质控样品。A method for verifying the capability of ofloxacin,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin and enrofloxacin with fish as a substrate was established.Fish samples were mixed into minced meat,labeled,freeze-dried,ground,mixed and vacuum packed,and the uniformity and stability of quinolone matrix samples in freeze-dried fish powder were tested by GB/T 20366-2006.One-fac-tor statistical analysis of variance showed that the F-test showed that sample uniformity,short-term and long-term stability met the standard material requirements within the 95%confidence interval.The sample has good uniformity and stability,and can be used as a standard substance for the detection of quinolone content in poultry meatt.
