摘　　要：饮食是文化原生态立体展现的重要内容之一,对《诗经》中的饮食诗主题可做如下解读:首先,它能够比较完整地反映周代先民的食物来源、饮食结构乃至烹制方法等饮食原生态图景,并为更好地探析饮食背后的礼仪传统、祭祀传统及文化传统等内容提供鲜活的历史材料和阐释依据;其次,从个体生存维度而言,饮食既从口腹之欲“肯定人”的内在需要,又能够实现“事鬼神”降福祉的通乐效用;再次,从社会维系层面而言,饮食具有鲜明的文化政治功能,它在凝民心、通人和、促稳定等社会政治事宜中均具有重要的现实作用。Food is one of the important contents of the three-dimensional display of cultural original ecology.The theme of food poems in Book of Songs can be interpreted as follows:First of all,it can fully grasp the original ecological picture of the food source,diet structure and cooking method of the people of the Zhou Dynasty,and provide fresh historical materials and interpretation basis for better analysis of the ceremonial tradition,sacrificial tradition and cultural tradition behind the diet.Secondly,from the perspective of individual survival,diet not only affirms people’s inner needs from the desire for delicacies,but also realizes the effect of“serving ghosts and gods”to bring about happiness.Thirdly,from the perspective of social maintenance,food plays a distinctive role in cultural and political affairs.This role is of significant practical importance in social and political matters,including the cohesion of communities,the promotion of harmony,and the advancement of stability.
