文化人类学视域下马来西亚文冬“广西三宝”的叙事与内涵

摘　　要：“广西三宝”是20年前马来西亚文冬广西人创造出来的饮食文化概念,包括扣肉、味念鸡和酿豆腐卜。这三样菜品在中国都有原型,文冬广西人对其进行了改良,赋予了意涵,并对内对外宣传发扬光大,打造成具有地域代表性的饮食文化符号。伴随着这种文化叙事的建构,“广西三宝”也具有相应的社会功能,如表达仪式或象征,强化地域和身份认同,增进经济文化交流。“Three Treasures of Guangxi Cuisine”is a concept of food culture created by the Guangxi people in Bentong,Malaysia 20 years ago.It refers to buckled meat,Weinian chicken and stuffed tofu puff.All these three dishes have prototypes in China,but it is the Guangxi people in Bentong who have refined them,imbued them with connotations,and disseminated them domestically and internationally,thereby transforming them into representative food culture symbols of the region.Along with the construction of this cultural narrative,the“Three Treasures of Guangxi”also have corresponding social functions,such as expressing rituals or symbols,reinforcing regional and ethnic identity,and enhancing economic and cultural exchanges.
