摘  要:在推进文旅产业发展过程中,淄博烧烤、天水麻辣烫等火爆出圈的现象受到广泛关注,泰州早茶作为特色美食资源,成为泰州文旅产业发展的新晋亮点。文章通过文献翻阅、消费者访谈、现场体验等方式,对泰州早茶的发展历史、出圈与破圈现状、困境进行研究和分析,借鉴天水麻辣烫案例,从文化倾听与感知、文化理解与尊重、文化认同与传播、文化同频与共振四个角度,由表及里,层层递进提出破解困境的措施。In the process of promoting the development of cultural tourism industry,the phenomenon of Zibo barbecue and Tianshui spicy hotpot going viral and becoming popular has attracted widespread attention.As a unique culinary resource,Taizhou morning tea has become a new highlight in the development of Taizhou’s cultural tourism industry.Through literature review,consumer interview,and on-site experience,this study researches and analyzes the history of Taizhou morning tea,its current state of popularity and the challenges to be met.Drawing on the case of Tianshui spicy hotpot,this study proposes measures to overcome the current difficulties from four aspects:cultural listening and perception,cultural understanding and respect,cultural identity and dissemination,and cultural resonance.
