摘　　要：肝细胞癌(HCC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其癌前病变阶段的防治已成为肝癌早防早筛的热点。研究表明HCC的发生和发展与多种细胞信号通路密切相关,其中,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与HCC癌前病变的进展及HCC的发生密切相关。总结Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在HCC癌前病变、HCC发生阶段中的相关机制、靶向干预以及中医药防治的研究进展,旨在为基础研究及临床提供理论参考。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors,and the prevention and treatment of the hepatic precancerous lesions have become a hot topic in the prevention and treatment of liver cancer.Studies have shown that the occurrence and development of HCC are closely related to a variety of cell signaling pathways,among which Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is closely related to the progression of hepatic precancerous lesions and the occurrence of HCC.This article reviews the related mechanisms of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of hepatic precancerous lesions and HCC,targeted interventions,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)-based prevention and treatment,aiming to provide theoretical reference for clinical and basic research.
