摘　　要：随着专精特新培育工作深入推进,中小企业在获得认定后的发展方向受到广泛关注。选取专精特新“小巨人”典型案例进行研究,基于注意力配置理论,按照“关注—解释—行动”逻辑探究创业者如何通过合理配置自身注意力实现创业机会开发与利用,从而实现专精特新阶梯式跨越发展。结果发现,新创组织机会开发策略是创业者对技术、市场和竞争相关信息进行注意力配置的结果。具体而言,在初创期表现为技术主导的机会发现,在成长期表现为市场主导的机会创造,在成熟期表现为竞争主导的机会识别。这些不同机会认知能够决定新创组织后续机会开发行为。结论有助于全面理解专精特新企业成长规律,为提升专精特新企业发展质量提供参考。China's economy is shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)constitute an overwhelming majority,representing 99%of the total enterprise count across the nation.These entities are not only numerous but also exhibit remarkable diversity,spanning a wide spectrum of industries.Their agility in the market and their propensity for innovation render them a pivotal catalyst for economic expansion.Despite their significant contribution to the national economy,the innovation potential of SMEs remains largely untapped.The essence of development through specialization,refinement,differentiation and innovation(SRDI)is not merely a strategic option but an imperative for SMEs.It is the sole viable path to achieve transformation and upgrade,thereby bolstering their innovation capabilities and enhancing their core competitiveness on the global stage.To address the developmental challenges faced by SMEs,the guidance and nurturing of SRDI enterprises are crucial.This approach not only mitigates the issues inherent to SMEs but also fortifies the resilience of the industrial and supply chains.Furthermore,it accelerates the transition of China's economic growth engines,replacing the old with the new.The concept of SRDI enterprises has emerged as a novel national policy in China,one that is robustly backed and actively promoted by the state.Meanwhile,the development direction of SMEs after SRDI recognition has attracted a lot of attention,and there has been a lot of discussion in the academic community around the growth of SRDI enterprises,but less attention has been paid to Chinese SRDI firms.In general,the existing research focuses on the early stage of SRDI development,failing to show the problems existing in SMEs after the identification of specialized and new enterprises,and there is a lack of process analysis of the whole life cycle of enterprises,thereby making it difficult to provide more comprehensive theoretical guidance for the subsequent development of SRDI enterpri
