摘 要:针对目前水箱液位控制系统难以有效处理非线性及抗干扰性较差等问题,设计了一套基于信号补偿PID算法的水箱液位先进过程控制系统。系统结合水箱的动态特性,建立了具有未建模高阶非线性项的水箱动态模型。针对模型线性部分设计了PID控制器,为补偿未建模高阶非线性项的影响设计了前一时刻及其变化率的补偿器,提出了具有信号补偿的PID控制器方法,在此基础上构建系统闭环方程,并保证其稳定性。先进过程控制系统利用无线通讯设备建立数据传输平台,在上位机的MCGS组态软件中设计控制界面,将信号补偿PID算法应用于水箱液位控制系统。实验结果表明该系统稳定性较好、响应较快且控制精度较高。Aiming at the existing tank level control system,which is difficult to deal with nonlinearity effectively and has poor anti-interference,the advanced process control systems for tank level based on a signal compensation PID algorithm is designed.The system combines the dynamic characteristics of the tank and establishes a dynamic model of the tank with unmodeled higher-order nonlinear terms.The PID controller is designed for the linear part of the model,and the compensators for the previous moment and its rate of change are designed to compensate for the effect of the unmodeled higher-order nonlinear term.The above controllers constitute PID controllers with signal compensation,on the basis of which the closed-loop equations of the system are constructed and their stability is guaranteed.The advanced process control system utilizes wireless communication equipment to establish a data transmission platform,designs the control interface in the MCGS configuration software of the upper computer,and applies the signal-compensated PID algorithm to the tank level control system.The experimental results show that the designed advanced process control system has better stability,faster response,and higher control accuracy.
