摘 要:为提高秸秆纤维对沥青混合料的改善效果,采用响应面设计法对秸秆纤维配方进行了组合设计,并采用车辙试验、直接拉伸试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和四点弯曲疲劳试验进行相关路用性能分析。结果表明,秸秆纤维沥青混合料纤维比的最佳方案为:纤维长度为9mm,纤维含量为4%,油石比为5.16%。秸秆纤维可以提高沥青混合料的高温性能和抗水损坏性能,动稳定度、残留稳定度及冻融劈裂强度比分别为基质沥青混合料的130.6%、114.1%和116.9%。同时,纤维可以增强沥青混合料的低温性能,延长沥青混合料的疲劳寿命。但当纤维长度和掺量过大时,会削弱沥青混合料的高低温性能和水稳定性的改善效果。To enhance the effectiveness of straw fiber in improving asphalt mixtures,a combination design of the straw fiber formulation was conducted using response surface methodology.Subsequently,the road performance was analyzed through a series of tests,including the rutting test,direct tensile test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,and four-point bending fatigue test.The findings revealed that the optimal fiber ratio for the straw fiber asphalt mixture is achieved with a fiber length of 9 mm,a fiber content of 4%,and an asphalt content of 5.16%.The incorporation of straw fiber significantly improves the high-temperature performance and resistance to water damage of the asphalt mixtures,with the performance indexes increasing by 130.6%,114.1%,and 116.9%compared to the control asphalt mixture.Additionally,the fiber addition enhances the low-temperature performance of the asphalt mixtures and extends their fatigue life.However,excessive fiber length and admixture can diminish the improvement in high and low-temperature performance as well as water stability of the asphalt mixtures.
