摘  要:针对区域突发事件下的快速响应星座设计问题,在充分考虑星座响应性和覆盖性的基础上,建立包括六个目标函数的星座部署优化模型。在求解的过程中,建立面向多种场景的NSGA-NN多目标优化框架,克服了传统求解方法的缺陷。实验从不同的角度对NSGA-NN多目标优化框架进行分析,结果表明该框架对于求解快速响应星座优化部署模型是极为有效的,为面向区域目标的快速响应星座设计提供了新的策略和支持。To address the problem of rapid response constellation design under regional emergencies,a constellation deployment optimization model including six objective functions is established based on the full consideration of constellation responsiveness and coverage.In the process of solving,the NSGA-NN multi-objective optimization framework for multiple scenarios was established to overcome the defects of the traditional solution methods.Experiments were conducted to analyze the NSGA-NN multi-objective optimization framework from different perspectives.The results show that the framework is extremely effective for solving the rapid response constellation optimization deployment model,which provides a new strategy and support for the design of rapid response constellations oriented to regional objectives.
