应用型本科院校商科学生跨文化交际能力现状研究

摘　　要：随着我国国际交往日益频繁,跨境贸易逐渐增加,为更好地服务地方经济发展,了解应用型本科院校商科专业学生跨文化交际能力现状,本研究采用钟华等人提出的中国大学生跨文化交际能力自测量表(ICCSRS)对部分应用型本科院校商科专业学生进行了问卷调查。问卷结果显示受试者跨文化交际能力处于中等水平,在策略能力、跨文化态度和跨文化意识上的自测分值最高,在语言能力、跨文化知识和跨文化技能方面得分最低。不同性别、英语水平以及是否具有出国经历的学生在不同维度上表现出显著性差异。结合调查结果,本研究分析当前跨文化交际能力培养存在的问题以及启示,旨在为今后提升商科专业大学生跨文化交际能力奠定基础。With the increase of cross-border trade in China,to better serve the development of local economy and to understand the current situation of Intercultural Communicative Competence of business majors in applied undergraduate colleges and universities,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on some students by using Intercultural Communication Competence Self-Report Scale(ICCSRS)proposed by Zhong Hua et al.The results showed the subjects’ICC was at a medium level,with the highest self-measurement scores in strategic competence,intercultural attitude and intercultural awareness,and the lowest in language competence,intercultural knowledge and intercultural skills.Students of different genders,English proficiency,and whether or not they have experience abroad show significant differences in different dimensions.Based on the results,this study analyzes problems in the cultivation of ICC and offers some insights for future enhancement of ICC of business majors.
