“缅甸语+珠宝专业”人培模式在边疆高职院校中的教改探究

摘  要:随着“非通用语+专业”教学模式改革在高职院校的开展,笔者以德宏某高职院校“缅甸语+珠宝专业”为例,就该教学模式下课程体系构建中课程设置、教材建设、师资队伍建设、对外交流与合作等几个方面着手进行一个初步分析研究,并在教学实践中针对突出存在亟需解决的问题,如缅甸语授课教师队伍较年轻化,自主学习能力和外出培训交流学习机会较少,缺乏理论与实践相结合的教学经验等诸多问题给出了进一步对症解决的建议和意见,以期对下一步成果的推广使用有一定的指导作用。With the development of the reform of“non-common language+major”teaching mode in higher vocational colleges,the author takes“Burmese language+jewelry major”in a vocational college in Dehong as an example to conduct a preliminary analysis and research on the curriculum setting,textbook construction,construction of teaching staff,foreign exchange and cooperation in the construction of the curriculum system under this teaching mode.In addition,in the teaching practice,the author puts forward further symptomatic suggestions and opinions for the prominent problems that need to be solved.For example,the Burmese teaching staff are younger,they have less independent learning ability and out-of-town training and exchange learning opportunities,and they also lack the teaching experience in combining theory and practice.It is expected that the paper can have a certain guiding effect on the promotion and use of the results.
