摘  要:研究獨立學院轉設轉型期校情及其公共外語學情與教情,是獨立學院公共外語教育規劃發展的前提,是實現獨立學院轉設轉型後時代公共外語教育校本化發展的重要保障。獨立學院轉設轉型期公共外語教育管理參照母體高校模式,教學側重趨同,學習者學習目的多元化、主動探索學習不足以及個性化學習需求明顯等特點均須予以足夠重視。迫切需要開展獨立學院轉設轉型期公共外語教育規劃研究,基於自身學科發展特色開展充分學情和教情調研滿足學習者務實需求,實現公共外語教育校本化發展。It is clear that studying independent colleges'situation of learning and teaching public foreign language during the transition period is a prerequisite for carrying out the planning and development of public foreign language education.Similarly,it is an important guarantee for achieving the college-based development of public foreign language education after the transition to independent colleges.It is necessary to pay attention to problems such as a copy of the public foreign language education model from parent universities,the diverse learning objectives for learners,the insufficient active exploration of learning and obvious personalized learning needs.It seems urgent to carry out research on the planning of public foreign language education for independent colleges during the transition period.All independent colleges should conduct sufficient research on their own characteristics to satisfy the practical needs of learners and achieve college-based development of public foreign language education.
