摘 要:随着工业自动化和信息化的发展,板材加工线的流程控制系统面临诸多挑战。通过对板材加工线现状的深入分析,探讨了当前控制系统的工作原理与不足之处,并针对常见的故障类型及其对生产的影响,提出了基于大数据技术的智能升级方案。通过部署传感器网络收集实时数据,采用先进的数据处理与存储技术,结合工业大数据分析的软件和技术框架,详细阐述了智能升级的实施策略,包括升级方案设计、系统集成、信息安全考量以及员工培训计划,希望全面提升板材加工线的生产效率与管理水平。With the development of industrial automation and information technology,the process control system of plate processing line is facing many challenges.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the plate processing line,this paper discusses the working principle and shortcomings of the current control system,and puts forward an intelligent upgrade scheme based on big data technology according to the common failure types and their impact on production.Through the deployment of sensor network real-time data collection,the advanced data processing and storage technology,combined with industrial data analysis software and technical framework,this paper elaborated the intelligent upgrade implementation strategy,including upgrade design,system integration,information security considerations and staff training plan,hope to improve the plate processing line production efficiency and management level.
