摘　　要：PLM(产品全生命周期管理)系统是基于产品数据,包括产品研发、工艺设计、生产制造、售后维修等各个生命周期产生的数据,为企业提供跨部门、跨地区的数据一体化解决方案的管理理念和企业策略。PLM系统的实施应用过程是制造型企业信息化建设的重点。本文基于PLM系统的实施过程,分析企业PLM信息系统实施在从需求调研到实施支持的全流程的重点,以及目前PLM系统在企业实施应用过程中存在的问题。PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)system is based on product data,including data generated from various life cycles such as product research and development,process design,production and manufacturing,and after-sales maintenance,providing enterprises with a management concept and enterprise strategy of cross departmental and cross regional data integration solutions.The implementation and application process of PLM system is the key to the informationization construction of manufacturing enterprises.This article is based on the implementation process of PLM system,analyzing the key points of enterprise PLM information system implementation from requirement research to implementation support,as well as the problems currently existing in the application process of PLM system in enterprise implementation.
