摘  要:为对工业设备的运行状态进行多维度的监控与管理,首先将复杂的工业系统分解为多个松耦合、可独立部署的子系统,每个子系统承担远程运维、状态监测、故障诊断等任务。其次,使用Lab VIEW系统采集工业设备的振动信号,并且对数据进行缺失值补偿与数据标准化的预处理,以确保数据的准确性。最后,引入孤立森林模型,通过随机选择特征和分割数据构建多棵孤立树,形成森林结构,以高效地识别异常行为,结合麻雀搜索算法优化孤立森林模型的树的数量和深度,提高工业设备异常点检测的准确度和效率。在包含57个样本的测试集上进行测试,本文诊断方法识别出了56个样本的工业设备故障类型,总体正确率高达98.24%。平均运行时间仅为6.7s,明显优于其他三种方法。基于数字孪生的工业设备故障诊断系统能够实时监控设备运行状态,及时发现并预警潜在故障,为工业设备的维护和管理提供有力支持。To monitor and manage the operation status of industrial equipment from multiple dimensions,complex industrial systems are first decomposed into multiple loosely coupled and independently deployable subsystems,each of which is responsible for remote operation and maintenance,status monitoring,fault diagnosis,etc.Secondly,the LabVIEW system is used to collect vibration signals from industrial equipment,and missing value compensation and data standardization preprocessing are performed on the data to ensure its accuracy.Finally,the isolated forest model is introduced to construct multiple isolated trees by randomly selecting features and segmenting data,forming a forest structure to efficiently identify abnormal behavior.The sparrow search algorithm is combined to optimize the number and depth of trees in the isolated forest model,improving the accuracy and efficiency of industrial equipment anomaly detection.On a test set containing 57 samples,this diagnostic method identified 56 types of industrial equipment faults with an overall accuracy rate of 98.24%.The average running time is only 6.7 seconds,which is significantly better than the other three methods.The industrial equipment fault diagnosis system based on digital twins can monitor the operation status of equipment in real time,detect and warn potential faults in a timely manner,and provide strong support for the maintenance and management of industrial equipment.
