摘 要:以荷叶为碳源,采用溶剂热法制备水溶性好、选择性强的荷叶碳点(FN-CDs)。通过性质表征探究FN-CDs的粒径、形貌特征、官能团种类、元素组成及光学性质。结果表明FN-CDs呈球形,粒径为2.45nm,晶格尺寸为0.18nm;由C(64.86%)、O(12.26%)和N(22.88%)三种元素组成;表面含有羟基(-COOH)、羧基(-OH)和亚胺基(-NH-)等亲水性基团;最大激发和发射波长分别为372和447 nm。基于日落黄对FN-CDs荧光的猝灭现象,构建荧光碳点检测日落黄的方法。日落黄浓度为0.3~100μg/m L时,与FN-CDs的荧光强度具有良好的线性关系,检出限0.42μg/m L。检测健力宝和佳得乐两种饮料的日落黄含量,其加样回收率分别为84.30%~97.07%、91%~94.17%。该检测方法具备灵敏度较高、选择性好、准确度较高等特点,可用于食品中日落黄的快速检测。因此,荷叶碳点在食品添加剂检测方面具有一定潜力。Water-soluble and highly selective lotus leaf carbon dots(FN-CDs) were prepared using lotus leaves as the carbon source through a solvothermal method.Characterization of FN-CDs was conducted to explore their particle size,morphological features,functional group types,elemental composition,and optical properties.The results indicated that FN-CDs were spherical in shape with a particle size of 2.45 nm and a lattice dimension of 0.18 nm.The composition consisted of three elements:C(64.86%),O(12.26%),and N(22.88%).Hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl(-COOH),carboxyl(-OH),and imine(-NH-) were present on the surface.The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths were recorded at 372 and 447 nm,respectively.A fluorescent method was established for the detection of sunset yellow based on the quenching effect of sunset yellow on the fluorescence of FN-CDs.A good linear relationship was observed between the concentration of sunset yellow(0.3 to 100 μg/m L) and the fluorescence intensity of FN-CDs,with a detection limit of 0.42 μg/m L.The method was successfully applied to determine the content of sunset yellow in two beverages,Jianlibao and Jiadele,yielding recoveries of 84.30% to 97.07% and 91% to 94.17%,respectively.This detection method exhibited high sensitivity,good selectivity,and high accuracy,making it suitable for the rapid detection of sunset yellow in food products.Thus,lotus leaf carbon dots show significant potential in the detection of food additives.
