摘  要:国宴作为地域饮食文化的集大成者,其承载的政治功能,独有的资源优势以及良好的社会效应,在全方位展示浙菜文化、推动浙菜传承创新中发挥了重要作用,为回答好浙菜传承创新发展的时代之问提供借鉴和启示。充分放大国宴的社会效应,坚持绿色健康的导向、注入浙江故事的内涵、紧扣美好生活的向往,推动国宴名菜进万家,加强浙菜运作商业化,为新时期浙菜文化发展创新提供不竭动力。As a major contributor to regional food culture,state banquets,with their political functions,unique resource advantages and good social effects,play an important role in displaying Zhejiang cuisine culture in an all-round way and promoting the inheritance and innovation of Zhejiang cuisine,providing reference and inspiration for answering the questions of the era of inheritance and innovation and development of Zhejiang cuisine.Fully magnify the social effect of the state banquet,adhere to the green and healthy orientation,inject the connotation of Zhejiang story,and closely adhere to the yearning for a better life,promote the famous state banquet dishes into thousands of customers,strengthen the commercialization of Zhejiang cuisine operation,and provide inexhaust impetus for the development and innovation of Zhejiang cuisine culture in the new era.
