摘 要:随着经济的迅速增长以及民众生活水平的提升,食品安全议题逐渐成为社会广泛关注的焦点。特别是在农业领域普遍采用化学农药,农药残留超标现象已成为显著的安全隐患之一的的情况下,食品中残留的农药对健康构成的风险正日益增加。这些残留物质对人体健康的潜在威胁不容忽视,鉴于此,开发有效的监控手段以降低食品内农药残留水平,确保食品安全,成为国际间共同面临的挑战。With the rapid economic growth and the improvement of people's living standards,food safety issues have gradually become the focus of widespread social attention.Especially in today's global scope,the phenomenon of excessive pesticide residues has become one of the significant safety hazards,especially in the case of the widespread use of chemical pesticides in the agricultural field,pesticide residues in food pose an increasing risk to health.The potential threat to human health from these residues cannot be ignored,and in view of this,the development of effective monitoring methods to reduce pesticide residue levels in food and ensure food safety has become a common international challenge.
