单身女性冻卵技术现状与制度比较研究

摘　　要：通过比较部分国家和地区在冻卵方面的法规和实践,梳理单身女性冻卵的现状,探讨国际冻卵服务的成功经验。国际实践经验表明冻卵政策的安全性和道德伦理方面均处于可控范围内。基于此,呼吁适时调整现行规划,优化我国单身女性冻卵政策,提供一个合法、安全且可及的服务途径,帮助因各种原因推迟生育的女性保留其生殖能力,满足其生育力保护的需求,探索建立符合中国国情的科学合理服务体系,以更好地回应社会需求和技术进步,积极应对人口结构变化带来的挑战。By comparing the regulations and practices of egg freezing in some countries and regions,this paper summarizes the current situation of egg freezing for single women and discusses successful experiences of international egg freezing services.International practices demonstrate that the safety and ethical aspects of egg freezing policy are well within control.Based on this,this paper calls for a timely adjustment of existing policies in China to optimize regulations on egg freezing for single women,providing a legal,safe and accessible service pathway to help women who delay childbirth for various reasons preserve their reproductive capacity and meet their needs for fertility protection.By drawing on international practical experience,we should explore the establishment of a scientific and rational service system tailored to China's national conditions,so as to better respond to social needs,adapt to technological advances,and positively address the challenges posed by changes in population structure.
