摘 要:鉴于传统建筑业各专业工种复杂、信息分散,各方协同管理难度大等问题,本文研究提出响应式BIM+智慧工地协同管理平台,它将BIM技术、AI、5G通讯、全域物联网、大数据、云计算、智能机械有机结合起来,将项目相关的所有信息均同步到BIM动态化协同管理模型中,打通了建筑施工各层级、各部门、不同业务、不同阶段的信息壁垒,完成全域全周期智慧工地建设的管理协同,对推动智慧工地从理论走向实践、助推建筑行业提质增效具有重要意义。Given the complexity of various professions in the traditional construction industry,the dispersion of information,and the difficulty of collaborative management among various parties,this article proposes a responsive BIM+smart construction site collaborative management platform.It combines BIM technology,AI,5G communication,the global Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,and intelligent machinery to synchronize all project related information into the BIM dynamic collaborative management model.It breaks down the information barriers at different levels,departments,businesses,and stages of construction,and completes the management collaboration of the entire and full cycle smart construction site construction.It is of great significance to promote the transformation of smart construction sites from theory to practice and help improve the quality and efficiency of the construction industry.
