摘 要:基于适应验收阶段“多测合一”提高工作效率、节约成本目的,采用无人机倾斜航空摄影技术与三维激光扫描技术,通过设计“无人机+三维激光扫描仪+全站仪”的规划、用地测量技术流程和“无人机+三维激光扫描仪+激光测距仪”的房产测量技术流程,提出了空地协同测量作业模式,并应用于长沙冰雪世界项目。结果表明该模式可有效地提高外业测量工作效率,内业数据及成果均满足测量精度要求,解决了传统测量方式效率低、成本高、重复测量等问题,为“多测合一”测绘提供一种新思路。Based on the purpose of improving work efficiency and saving cost in the acceptance stage of“multi-measurement integration”,the UAV oblique aerial photography technology and 3D laser scanning technology are adopted.Through the design of the planning and land measurement technical process of“UAV+3D laser scanner+total station”and the real estate measurement technical process of“UAV+3D laser scanner+laser range finder”,the air-ground collaborative measurement operation mode is proposed and applied to the Changsha Ice world.The results show that the model can effectively improve the efficiency of field measurement,and the data and results of the internal industry meet the requirements of measurement accuracy.It solves the problems of low efficiency,high cost and repeated measurement of traditional measurement methods,and provides a new idea for“multi-measurement integration”surveying and mapping.
