提升福建省应用型高校孵化器效率的对策和建议

摘　　要：在新质生产力视域下,孵化器是推进高校应用型转型升级的重要抓手,也是服务地方经济高质量发展的重要平台。目前福建省高校孵化器存在与市场对接不紧密、运作机制不完善等问题,据此提出通过促进“产教融合”、深化教学体系改革、强化导师培训等紧密对接产业发展,同时采用企业化运作模式,完善孵化器运行能力,探索提升孵化器效率的对策,以期为应用型高校在新形势下的转型升级提供助力。In the perspective of new quality generation,university incubators are an important lever to promote their application-oriented transformation and upgrading,as well as an important platform to serve the high-quality development of local economy.At present,there are problems with the lack of close integration with the market and imperfect operational mechanisms of university incubators in Fujian Province.Based on this,by promoting the integration of industry and education,deepening the reform of the teaching system,and strengthening mentor training to closely connect with industrial development,adopting the“enterprise oriented”operation mode to improve the operational capacity of incubators,this paper explores strategies to improve the efficiency of incubators,in order to provide assistance for the transformation and upgrading of applied universities in the new situation.
