摘  要:文章以上肢康复辅具为研究对象,探索更符合用户感性需求的产品设计方案。以感性工学设计方法为基础,获取用户的感性意象,分析典型样本的设计要素及其细分类目,运用数量化I类理论构建各个感性意象与设计要素细分类目的多元线性回归方程。通过多层感知器神经网络分析,探究各个设计要素对感性意象的影响程度。以回归方程的系数为参考指标,分析最符合各个感性意象的最优方案;以自变量重要性为参考指标,对各个设计要素对感性意象的影响大小进行排序,从而优化设计方案,为设计师提供科学严谨的产品设计思路。The article focuses on limb rehabilitation aids and explores product design solutions that better meet the emotional needs of users.Based on the intuitive engineering design method,obtain users'intuitive images,analyze the design elements and their sub categories of typical samples,and use the quantitative I class theory to construct multiple linear regression equations for each intuitive image and sub category of design elements.Through multi-layer perceptron neural network analysis,explore the degree of influence of various design elements on sensory imagery.Using the coefficients of the regression equation as reference indicators,analyze the optimal solution that best fits each sensory image;Using the importance of independent variables as a reference indicator,rank the impact of various design elements on sensory imagery,in order to optimize the design scheme and provide designers with scientific and rigorous product design ideas.
