摘　　要：我国粮库平房仓粮食入仓普遍采用移动式输送设备,在收粮季该设备的工作量不能满足粮库快速收粮入仓的需求。因此,研究一种新型的平方仓快速进仓工艺,对于缩短粮食入仓时间、提高粮食入仓效率意义重大。本文通过对散粮专用车入仓工艺、散粮自卸车入仓工艺、移动式液压翻板入仓工艺3种入仓工艺进行深入探讨,提出了一种新的粮库平房仓粮食入仓工艺。该工艺引入新的设备大吨位接料机,可大幅度提高平房仓入仓效率,入仓产量可达150 t·h^(-1)。同时,降低了操作人员的工作强度,减少了平房仓入库的经济投入,可满足平房仓高效入仓需求。In China,mobile conveying equipment is commonly used for grain storage in flat warehouses during the grain collection season.However,the workload of this equipment cannot meet the demand for rapid grain storage in the warehouse.Therefore,researching a new rapid grain storage process for square warehouses is of great significance for shortening the grain storage time and improving the efficiency of grain storage.This paper conducts an in-depth discussion on three grain storage processes:the grain special vehicle storage process,the self-unloading truck storage process,and the mobile hydraulic flip board storage process.A new grain storage process for flat warehouses is proposed.This process introduces a new large-tonnage receiving machine,which can significantly improve the efficiency of grain storage in flat warehouses,with a storage capacity of up to 150 t·h^(-1).At the same time,it reduces the workload of operators and the economic input for grain storage in flat warehouses,meeting the demand for efficient grain storage in flat warehouses.
