摘　　要：食品分析是高等院校食品类专业的一门专业核心课程,在食品行业人才培养中十分重要。本文从研究食品分析课程思政建设的意义入手,通过改良教学方法和优化考核评价体系探索课程思政教学新方法,以期为食品分析课程思政建设提供参考。Food Analysis is a professional core course for food-related majors in higher education institutions,and it is very important in the training of food industry talents.This paper starts with the significance of curriculum ideology and politics in Food Analysis courses,explores new methods of ideological and political teaching by improving teaching methods and optimizing evaluation system,in order to provide some references for the curriculum ideology and politics of Food Analysis courses.
