摘 要:目的:研究磷虾油对小鼠免疫系统的调节作用。方法:选择40只ICR雌性小鼠,按体重随机分为4组,分别为食用植物油对照组以及低、中、高剂量磷虾油组(0.083、0.167、0.500 g·kg^(-1) bw),每组10只。观察对比小鼠的细胞免疫功能、抗体生成细胞能力。结果:与对照组相比,中剂量组和高剂量组的溶血空斑数显著增加(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠的左右耳肿胀度差与光密度值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:磷虾油能显著增强小鼠的细胞免疫功能和抗体生成细胞能力。Objective:To study the regulatory effects of krill oil on immune system in mice.Method:Choose only 40 female ICR mice,according to the weight were randomly divided into four groups,respectively for edible vegetable oil in the control group,and low,medium and high dose of krill oil group(0.083、0.167、0.500 g·kg^(-1) bw),10 in each group.The cellular immune function and antibody production capacity of mice were observed and compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the number of hemolytic plaques increased significantly in the medium and high dose groups(P<0.05).The difference of ear swelling degree and optical density in high dose group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Krill oil can significantly enhance the cellular immune function and antibody production of mice.
