摘 要:目的:研究分离乳清蛋白调制乳粉对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将80只雄性Balb/c小鼠随机分成对照组、模型组及乳清蛋白粉低(150 mg·kg^(-1))、高(300 mg·kg^(-1))剂量组,每组20只。模型组和乳清蛋白调制乳粉低、高剂量组自第1天开始,每日腹腔注射35 mg·kg^(-1)环磷酰胺,连续7 d,空白组腹腔注射等量的生理盐水。在模型建立的同时,分离乳清蛋白调制乳粉分别按照低剂量组(150 mg·kg^(-1))和高剂量组(300 mg·kg^(-1))进行灌胃,受试样品给予时间为30 d。对照组和模型组灌胃等量的蒸馏水,连续30 d后称量小鼠体质量、脾脏和胸腺质量,并展开脾淋巴细胞增殖、迟发型变态反应实验、碳粒廓清、NK细胞活性实验,对各组小鼠的免疫功能进行评价。结果:与模型组相比,分离乳清蛋白粉低、高剂量组的小鼠免疫器官指数、脾淋巴细胞增殖程度、小鼠足趾肿胀度、巨噬细胞吞噬指数、NK细胞活性均有所提升。结论:分离乳清蛋白调制乳粉可以改善免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能。Objective:To study the effects of separated whey protein modified milk powder on the immune function of immunocompromised mice.Method:Eighty male Balb/c mice were randomly divided into a control group,a model group,a low-dose group(150 mg·kg^(-1)),and a high-dose group(300 mg·kg^(-1)),with 20 mice in each group.From the first day,the model group and the low-dose and high-dose groups of whey protein modified milk powder were intraperitoneally injected with 35 mg·kg^(-1) cyclophosphamide daily for 7 consecutive days,while the blank group was intraperitoneally injected with the same amount of normal saline.Simultaneously with the establishment of the model,the separated whey protein modified milk powder was administered by gavage to the low-dose group(150 mg·kg^(-1))and the high-dose group(300 mg·kg^(-1)),and the administration period of the test samples was 30 days.The control group and the model group were gavaged with the same amount of distilled water.After 30 consecutive days,the body weight,spleen weight,and thymus weight of the mice were measured,and experiments on splenic lymphocyte proliferation,delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction,carbon clearance,and NK cell activity were conducted to evaluate the immune function of each group of mice.Result:Compared with the model group,the immune organ index,degree of splenic lymphocyte proliferation,paw swelling degree of mice,phagocytic index of macrophages,and NK cell activity in the low-dose and high-dose groups of separated whey protein powder were all enhanced.Conclusion:Separated whey protein modified milk powder can improve the immune function of immunocompromised mice.
