摘  要:目的:对比标准加入法和外标校准法在火焰原子吸收法测定乳粉中钙的适用性。方法:以硝酸体系微波消解处理样品,并按照标准加入法和外标校准法分别配制标准系列,在优化后的仪器条件下上机测定,通过工作曲线计算样品中钙含量,评价两种方法的准确度、精密度等指标。结果:标准加入法线性良好(r>0.999),检出限8.97 mg/100 g,定量限24.52 mg/100 g,回收率97.35%~101.54%。外标校准法线性良好(r>0.999),检出限16.20 mg/100 g,定量限53.92 mg/100 g,回收率90.31%~93.50%。结论:标准加入法准确度高,稳定性强,能有效消除乳粉中基底干扰,提高测量准确度。Objective:Comparison of the applicability of standard addition method and external standard calibration method in the determination of calcium in milk powder by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Method:The sample was digested by microwave-assisted digestion with nitric acid,configure the standard series according to the standard accession method and external standard calibration method.Under the optimized instrument conditions analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and determined the content of the tested Ca elements by working curve calculation,and evaluated the accuracy,precision,and other indicators of the two methods.Result:The working curve of standard accession method has good linearity(r>0.999),detection limit is 8.97 mg/100 g,quantification limit is 24.52 mg/100 g,marking recovery is 97.35%~101.54%.The working curve of external standard calibration method has good linearity(r>0.999),detection limit is 16.20 mg/100 g,quantification limit is 53.92 mg/100 g,marking recovery is 90.31%~93.50%.Conclusion:The standard accession method has high accuracy,strong stability,uses fewer reagents,can effectively eliminate the interference of the milk powder matrix,and improves the accuracy the measurement.
