摘  要:建立测定蕹菜中41种农药残留量的QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱(Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)检测方法。蕹菜样品经乙腈提取后,采用QuEChERS方法前处理,以N-丙基乙二胺(N-Propyl Ethylenediamine,PSA)、石墨化炭黑(Graphitized Carbon Black,GCB)吸附提取液中的干扰组分,提取液经GC-MS/MS多反应监测模式分析测定,匹配基质标准曲线内标法定量。结果表明,采用本研究建立的方法测定41种农药,线性范围为10~500 ng·mL^(-1),相关系数(R^(2))在0.9938~0.9998,线性关系良好,定量限均为0.01 mg·kg^(-1)。在0.010、0.025、0.250 mg·kg^(-1)3个加标水平下的平均加标回收率为62.1%~117.2%,相对标准偏差在0.2%~14.3%(n=6)。所建方法的准确度、精密度均能满足蕹菜中41种农药残留基本定量要求,操作简单、效率高,可用于蕹菜中实际农药残留的检测。Establish a QuEChERS gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)detection method for the determination of 41 pesticide residues in water spinach.After extracting the water spinach samples with acetonitrile,the QuEChERS method was used for pretreatment.N-propyl ethylenediamine(PSA)and graphitized carbon black(GCB)were used to adsorb interfering components in the extraction solution.The extraction solution was analyzed and determined by GC-MS/MS multi reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by matching the matrix standard curve internal standard method.The results showed that the method established in this study was used to determine 41 pesticides,with a linear range of 10~500 ng·mL^(-1) and a correlation coefficient(R^(2))were 0.9938~0.9998.The linear relationship was good,and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1) for all.The average spiked recovery rates at three dosages of 0.010 mg·kg^(-1),0.025 mg·kg^(-1),and 0.250 mg·kg^(-1) were between 62.1%and 117.2%,with relative standard deviations ranging from 0.2%to 14.3%(n=6).The accuracy and precision of the established method can meet the basic quantitative requirements of 41 pesticide residues in water spinach,with simple operation and high efficiency,and can be used for the detection of actual pesticide residues in water spinach.
