摘 要:为测定橄榄油中的苯并(a)芘含量,本文采用高效液相色谱法,比较了中性氧化铝柱和苯并(a)芘分子印迹柱对橄榄油中苯并(a)芘的净化效果,并探究通过增大称样量对橄榄油中痕量苯并(a)芘进行定量检测。结果表明,苯并(a)芘分子印迹柱的净化效果更优;可以适当增大称样量实现橄榄油中痕量苯并(a)芘的定量检测,称样量增大至2.0 g时定量结果最佳。在此条件下,加标量在0.5~5.0μg·kg^(-1)时,回收率为86.0%~93.6%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~5.7%;批量检测显示橄榄油中苯并(a)芘含量较低,但大部分样品仍有检出,在橄榄油生产、运输过程中要注意清洁、避免污染。In order to determine the content of benzo(a)pyrene in olive oil,the purification effect of neutral alumina column and benzo(a)pyrene molecular imprinting column was compared by high-performance liquid chromatography,and the quantitative detection of trace benzo(a)pyrene in olive oil was explored by increasing the sample weight.The results showed that the purification effect of benzo(a)pyrene molecular imprinting column was better;the sample weight could be appropriately increased to achieve the quantitative detection of trace benzo(a)pyrene in olive oil,and the quantitative result was best when the sample weight was increased to 2.0 g.Under this condition,the recovery rate reached from 86.0%to 93.6%in the range from 0.5μg·kg^(-1) to 5.0μg·kg^(-1),and the relative standard deviation ranges from 2.2%to 5.7%;batch detection showed that the content of benzo(a)pyrene in olive oil was low,but most samples were still detected.In the production and transportation of olive oil,attention should be paid to cleanliness and avoid contamination.
