摘 要:建立QuEChERS结合气相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱法测定茶鲜叶中7种农药残留的分析方法。根据基质和农药的性质,选择净化条件,采用气相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱法进行检测。结果表明,7种农药的线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,平均回收率在78.21%~98.58%,相对标准偏差为2.00%~5.87%。该方法高效简便,有良好的精密度和准确度,满足分析需要。An analytical method for the determination of seven pesticide residues in fresh tea leaves was established by QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.According to the properties of the matrix and pesticides,the purification conditions were selected and detected by gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The results showed that the linear relationship of the seven pesticides was good,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the average recovery rate was 78.21%to 98.58%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.00%to 5.87%.This method is efficient and simple,with good precision and accuracy,and meets the needs of analysis.
