摘 要:目的:了解合肥市在校大学生的饮食习惯、饮食健康知晓度。方法:利用自制的调查表对合肥市在校大学生进行调查,共收回有效问卷131份。运用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果:调查对象中,参加调查的大学生中仅31.30%每天都食用早餐,40.46%的大学生每周食用早餐3~5次,12.98%的大学生没有食用早餐的习惯;仅2个大学生(占比为1.53%)从来不食用零食;98%以上的大学生饮食中会注意荤素搭配;超过一半的学生有挑食偏食现象;20.61%的大学生时常关注饮食习惯问题。结论:大学生早餐食用情况不理想,零食食用频率较高,对健康饮食知识关注度不高。学校需加强营养知识教育和合理膳食指导,促进其健康饮食习惯的养成。Objective:To understand the eating habits and eating health awareness of college students in Hefei city.Method:A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate college students in Hefei city,and 131 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result:Among the survey subjects,only 31.30%of the college students who participated in the survey ate breakfast every day,40.46%ate breakfast 3~5 times a week,12.98%did not have the habit of eating breakfast;only 2 college students(1.53%)never eat snacks;more than 98%of college students will pay attention to the combination of meat and vegetables in their diet;more than half of the students have picky food phenomenon;20.61%of college students often pay attention to eating habits.Conclusion:College students do not eat breakfast well,eat snacks frequently and pay little attention to healthy diet knowledge.Schools need to strengthen nutrition knowledge education and reasonable dietary guidance to promote the formation of healthy eating habits.
