以立德树人为导向的民办高职院校学生党建工作路径研究

摘　　要：立德树人是教育的根本任务,党建工作是把这一根本任务“贯穿于教育全过程”的有效途径之一。针对民办高校党建与思想政治工作的特点,应打造立体化、全方位的“立德树人新生态”。其工作路径主要包括加强理论武装,突出政治引领功能;铸就民族之魂,突出立德树人功能;打造党建4.0,创新服务型党组织;夯实党建之根,突出传统文化功能等四个方面,从而形成“有根、有魂、有效”的民办高职教育学生党建工作的长效机制。The cultivation of moral character is the fundamental task of education,and party building work is one of the effective ways to integrate this fundamental task throughout the entire process of education.In response to the characteristics of party building and ideological and political work in private colleges,a three-dimensional and all-round“new ecology of moral education and talent cultivation”should be created.Its work path mainly includes strengthening theoretical armament and highlighting political leadership functions,forging the soul of the nation and highlighting the function of cultivating virtue and nurturing people,building Party building 4.0 and innovating service oriented Party organizations,consolidating the roots of party building,highlighting the functions of traditional culture,and forming a long-term mechanism for party building work among students in private vocational education that is rooted,soulful,and effective.
