双元制教学课程体系背景下专业-岗位-技能匹配度对职业教育学生职业认同的影响——基于学习体验的中介分析

摘  要:现代职业教育作为推动技能型社会建设的主要制度载体,却遭遇着普遍的认同危机。在这一背景下,如何提升职业教育学生的职业认同水平、帮助其在学校系统与职业系统之间顺利实现身份转换成为重点关注的问题。对此,本研究对全国范围内15所职业院校进行问卷调查,在886份有效问卷的基础上探讨双元制教学课程体系背景下,专业-岗位-技能匹配度对职业教育学生职业认同的影响及作用机制。结果发现,一是双元制教学课程体系设置下专业-岗位-技能匹配度会显著影响职业教育学生的职业认同,匹配度越高职业认同水平越高;二是专业-岗位-技能匹配度会通过学习体验的中介作用对职业认同产生影响,高匹配度会通过促进职业教育学生的学习体验提升其职业认同。为提升职业教育发展的内生动力,应以技能形成为核心抓手、供需匹配为主要目标,实现双元制培养模式各环节的有效衔接,在能力培养、完善教学的基础上,改善职业教育学生的学习体验。Modern vocational education,as the main institutional carrier for promoting the construction of a skilled society,is facing a widespread crisis of recognition.In this context,how to enhance the vocational identity level of vocational education students and help them smoothly transition their identities between the school system and the vocational system has become a key concern.In response,this study has conducted a questionnaire survey on 15 vocational colleges nationwide,and based on 886 valid questionnaires,explored the impact and mechanism of profession-job-skill matching on vocational identity of vocational education students under the background of the dual teaching curriculum system.The results show that firstly under the dual system,the degree of profession-job-skill matching significantly affects the vocational identity of vocational education students,and the higher the degree of matching,the higher the level of vocational identity.The second is that the degree of the matching will have an impact on vocational identity through the mediating effect of learning experience,and high matching degree will enhance vocational identity of vocational education students by promoting their learning experience.To enhance the endogenous driving force of vocational education development,skill formation should be the core focus,and matching of supply and demand should be the main goal.The effective connection of various links in the dual system training mode should be achieved,and the learning experience of vocational education students should be improved on the basis of ability cultivation and teaching improvement.
