摘 要:专业群是高职院校建设的核心任务,也是衡量职业院校办学水平的关键指标,对高职院校的内涵建设和高质量发展至关重要。通过分析高水平专业群建设过程中存在的问题,厘清构建评价指标时应重视显性成果培育和深层人才培养、双高专业群和专业群体系、标志性成果和成果培育三方面的关系。对高水平专业群九大建设任务指标进行细化,采用德尔菲法确定绩效评价数量指标和质量指标体系,数量指标包括9个一级指标、20个二级指标、94个三级指标,质量指标包括8个一级指标、17个二级指标、76个三级指标。为高职院校开展专业群绩效评价提供方法和标准参考,从而促进高职院校高水平专业群高质量发展。Specialty group is the core task of the construction of higher vocational colleges and also the key indicator to measure the level of vocational college education,which is crucial for the connotation construction and high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of high-level specialty group,and points out that when selecting evaluation indicators,attention should be paid to the relationships between the cultivation of explicit achievements and deep-level talents training,the double-high specialty group and specialty group systems,and symbolic achievements and the cultivation of achievements.Then,the paper refines the nine major construction task indicators of high-level specialty group,and uses the Delphi method to determine the performance evaluation quantitative indicators and quality indicator system.The quantitative indicators include 9 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators,and 94 third-level indicators,while the quality indicators include 8 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 76 third-level indicators.This provides higher vocational colleges with methods and standard references for the performance evaluation of specialty group,thereby promoting the high-quality development of high-level specialty group in higher vocational colleges.
