摘  要:近年来普速铁路货运干线出现以滚动接触疲劳为主的钢轨伤损形式。其中,直线地段钢轨踏面斜裂纹下核伤发展快、危害大,且设备检测效果不佳,斜裂纹下核伤已成为威胁防断安全的突出隐患。针对该情况,通过收集伤损信息、现场解剖下道伤损,总结了斜裂纹下核伤的分布及发展规律。在分析探伤仪检测不良原因、对比现有探伤设备对该类伤损的检测原理后,提出以探伤车为主、双轨仪为辅、适当缩短检测周期的检测卡控方案。实际检测情况表明,该方案运用效果良好。In recent years,rail damage on ordinary speed railway freight mainlines has mainly occurred in the form of rolling contact fatigue.Among them,the kidney shaped fatigue crack under the rail tread oblique crack in the straight section is a prominent hidden danger that threatens the safety of fracture prevention due to its rapid development and significant harm,and the poor detection effect of the equipment.In response to this situation,starting from collecting injury information,summarized the distribution and development patterns of kidney shaped fatigue cracks under rail tread oblique cracks.After analyzing the causes of defects detected by the flaw detector and comparing the detection principles of existing flaw detection equipment for this type of damage,a detection control scheme was proposed,with the inspection vehicle as the main equipment and the dual track flaw detector as the auxiliary,and the detection cycle was appropriately shortened.The actual testing results show that the scheme is effective.
