摘 要:为研究齿面摩擦对2K-H行星齿轮系统振动特性的影响,考虑齿面摩擦力、时变摩擦力臂等因素建立了行星齿轮系统的动力学模型。综合应用分岔图、最大Lyapunov指数图、相图等研究了当无量纲激励频率ω在0.5~2.5区间变化时,不同齿面摩擦系数μ和齿轮副啮合相对阻尼比ζ对系统动态特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,与不考虑齿面摩擦的情形相比较,系统在低转速区域的振动状态变化不明显;在高转速区域系统的倍周期分岔点前移,逆倍周期分岔点延后;当阻尼比ζ从0.10增大到0.12时可使系统在激励频率ω变化的大部分区间由混沌振动转为周期振动。In order to study the influence of tooth surface friction on the vibration characteristics of 2K-H planetary gear system,the dynamic model of planetary gear system is established by considering tooth surface friction force,time-varying friction arm and so on.Bifurcation diagrams,maximum Lyapunov exponent diagrams and phase diagrams are used to study the effects of different tooth surface friction coefficient μ and gear pair meshing relative damping ratio ζ on the dynamic characteristics of the system when the dimensionless excitation frequency ω varies between 0.5 and 2.5.The results show that compared with the case without considering the tooth surface friction,the change of the vibration state of the system in the low speed region is not obvious,and the period doubling bifurcation point of the system moves forward and the inverse period doubling bifurcation point is delayed in the high speed region.When the damping ratio ζ increases from 0.10 to 0.12,the system changes from chaotic vibration to periodic vibration in most regions where the excitation frequency ω varies.
