摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机(SRM)传统控制方法响应速度慢、鲁棒性差的问题,将滑模控制引入到电机控制中,以提升开关磁阻电机调速系统(SRD)的动态性能,并提出一种改进的滑模趋近律来削弱由于滑模控制的使用而带来的抖振问题。另外,为了进一步减小开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,采用新型多电平功率变换器以突破传统SRD母线电压的限制,利用其所具有的高压快速励磁和高压快速退磁的优势,有效提升电流的变化率,以充分抑制电机在高速运行时产生的转矩脉动。通过优化控制,有效地提升了SRD的性能。仿真结果表明,采用所提控制方法的开关磁阻电机调速系统具有更快的动态响应和更小的转矩脉动,调节时间缩短0.638 s,转矩脉动降低了9.73%。In view of the problems of slow response and poor robustness in the traditional control method of the switched reluctance motor(SRM),sliding mode control is introduced into SRM control,which can improve the dynamic performance of the switched reluctance motor drive(SRD),and an improved sliding mode reaching law is proposed to reduce the chattering problem caused by the use of sliding mode control.In addition,to further reduce the torque ripple of the SRM,a new multilevel power converter is used to break through the limitation of traditional SRD bus voltage.With its advantages of high-voltage fast excitation and high-voltage fast demagnetization,it effectively improved the change rate of current,to fully suppress the torque ripple generated by the motor during high-speed operation.The optimal control effectively improves the performance of SRD.The simulation results demonstrate that the SRD with the proposed control method has faster dynamic response and smaller torque ripple.The adjustment time is reduced by 0.638 s,and the torque ripple is decreased by 9.73%.
