摘 要:中学心理健康教育中存在教师心理健康教育意识不强、教师心理健康教育专业知识匮乏、教师心理健康教育操作技能不强、家校社医协同提升教师心理健康教育能力机制不健全等问题。文章提出通过提高教师的心理健康教育意识、丰富教师的心理健康教育知识、提高教师的心理健康教育操作技能、完善家校社医协同提升教师心理健康教育能力机制等措施提升中学教师心理健康教育能力,着力培养德智体美劳全面发展的合格人才。There are problems in secondary school mental health education,such as weak awareness of mental health education among teachers,lack of professional knowledge of mental health education among teachers,weak operational skills in mental health education among teachers,and an imperfect mechanism for collaborative improvement of teachers'mental health education capabilities by schools,families,society,and medical institutions.By improving teachers'awareness of mental health education,enriching teachers'knowledge of mental health education,enhancing teachers'operational skills in mental health education,and perfecting the mechanism for collaborative improvement of teachers'mental health education capabilities by schools,families,society,and medical institutions,the mental health education capabilities of secondary school teachers can be improved,with the focus on cultivating qualified talents with all-around development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education.
